　　通過組織這些活動，提高了自己的組織協調能力，加強了團隊合作意識。同時也讓我充分認識到，個人的能力畢竟很有限，只有通過團隊合作，集思廣益，取長補短，才能更好的完成工作。如果這次我有幸競聘上營銷經理，我想打造一個平臺，讓自己的同事在一種輕松卻不失嚴謹的氛圍中工作，大家相互合作，具有良好的團隊精神。
