　　GRADUATE TRAINEE PROGRAM

　　The Graduate Trainee Program is designed as a program to attract talent to the organization to meet its future growing needs. The program is also designed to bring awareness of Louis Dreyfus Commodities to leading universities as a means of attracting talent to the organization. The program is an investment by the company to develop talent and fast track individuals into a designated field.

　　CAMPUS RECRUITMENT PROCESS

　　三、招聘崗位

　　(一)POSITIONS FOR GRADUATE TRAINEE PROGRAM

　　We provide graduate trainee positions on Commercial Track, Operations Track, Industrial Track and Financial Track to graduates in this program, starting from July 2015, lasting for 12 months.

　　我們為應屆畢業生提供商業培訓生、運營培訓生、工業培訓生和財務培訓生等崗位。項目從2015年7月開始，為期12個月。

　　(二)COMMERCIAL TRACK 商業培訓生

　　為了向這家超過160年歷史的世界500強跨國貿易公司的核心業務團隊持續輸送優秀人才，商業培訓生將在12個月的時間里，在包括現貨期貨交易、產品和市場分析、市場、物流、采購以及合同執行等方面接受全面和系統性的培訓。在經過數月的培訓和評估后，商業培訓生將被分配在適合自己發展的職位上。即使在其后2到4年的時間里，您仍有機會在其他的職位上輪崗。

　　參考專業(原則上不限專業)：國際貿易、經濟學、數學、統計學、金融學、管理類或其他專業。

　　工作地點：北京，上海或公司可能安排的其他地點。

　　(三)OPERATIONS TRACK 運營培訓生

　　物流和商務執行是公司運營的重要基礎和保障，是將"Transaction"轉化為"Cash"的關鍵環節。運營培訓生將在公司的上述兩個部門接受系統性培訓，并有機會全面了解公司各業務平臺的知識和運營模式。

　　參考專業：國際經濟與貿易、經濟管理、物流管理，以及其他經濟或貿易類專業。

　　工作地點：北京或公司可能安排的其他地點。

　　(四)INDUSTRIAL TRACK 工業培訓生

　　工業培訓生將在公司下屬的油脂壓榨廠輪崗。通過系統性地學習工廠生產經營中各個部門和環節的知識，讓一名應屆畢業生初步具備成為未來工廠管理人員的能力。

　　參考專業：油脂工程、食品科學與工程、機械和自動化、機電一體化、環境和安全類或其他相關專業。

　　工作地點：河北霸州，江蘇張家港，廣東東莞或公司可能安排的其他地點。

　　(五)FINANCIAL TRACK 財務培訓生

　　財務部全面負責這家跨國貿易公司運營所涉及的會計、稅務、信用審查、資金管理、財務及營運控制等方面的工作。作為財務培訓生，將廣泛接觸財務部上述各個領域的工作，詳細了解每一個組成部分的工作內容，讓一名應屆畢業生初步具備成為未來財務管理人員的能力。
