　　A: Good morning.Mr. Smith. Glad to see you again.

　　A:早上好，史密斯先生。很高興再次見到你。

　　B: Me.too. Mr. White. I have received your letter about agency. It was about your new product.

　　B：我也很高興再見到你，懷特先生。我收到了你方有關新產品代理的信

　　A: That's right. We have done business with each other for 4 years and we get along with each other quite well. We feel that your firm is the right one to be our sole agent in your country and we'll have the pleasure of offering you a sole agency.

　　A：沒錯’我們已經合作4年了’而且關系一直很好。我覺得貴公司是擔任我方在貴國獨家代理的.合適人選，我們樂于提名你們擔任我們的獨家代理商。

　　B: Thank you for offering us the sole agency for your products and appreciate the confidence you have placed in us. But there are several points which need further studying before we can give you a definite answer.

　　B:感謝貴方讓我們擔任貴產品的獨家代理，并感謝你們對我們的信任。但是，我在給你明確答復前，還有幾點需要進一步研究。

　　A: What are they':

　　B: First.we should have to be sure whether any of your new products overlaps what we are handling.
