　　A niche market is a focused, targetable portion of a

　　market.

　　利基市場指的是集中的，目標明確的.市場份額。

　　By definition, then, a business that focuses on a niche

　　market is addressing a need for a product or service that is not being addressed

　　by mainstream providers. You can think of a niche market as a narrowly defined

　　group of potential customers.

　　顧名思義，若一家企業專注于利基市場意味著這家公司對一個產品或服務具有需求，并且此產品或服務并不被主流供應商所提供。可以把利基市場看作是狹義的一群潛在客戶。

　　For instance, instead of offering cleaning services, a

　　business might establish a niche market by specializing in blind cleaning

　　services.

　　比如說，一家企業并不提供清潔服務，但可以通過致力推廣盲人清潔而成立利基市場。
