　　大家好，我叫張德清，來自江西宜春，現在是上海交通大學的一名碩士。我學的專業是機械制造及其自動化，研究的課題方向是數控加工，并且幫老師做一些與企業合作的關于測量控制方面的項目。課余期間我會做一些兼職，包括助管、助教等，業余愛好喜歡打籃球、羽毛球、游泳。通過碩士期間這兩年的項目經驗和社會實踐以及與和師兄老師之間的協作，讓我在解決問題的能力和抗壓能力，以及計劃協調能力，溝通交流方面得到了很大的提高。同時讓我對待生活更加的積極樂觀，更加的充滿熱情。

　　OK. Now I will introduce myself briefly. My name is Zhang Deqing and I am from YiChun JiangXi. Now I am a master of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, my major is mechanical manufacturing and automation. My research field is numerical control machining, at the same time I also do some projects of observation control with other companies. In my leisure time, I will do some part-time jobs, such as office assistant and teaching assistant. My hobbies are sports, such as basketball、badminton、swimming and so on. In this two years, with the experience of projects, social activities the cooperation with my teachers and students. The abilities of solve problems、work well under great pressure、make good plan and coordination、communication，all these skills have been improved greatly. And make me more positive and passionate to my life. That’s all, thank you.

　　職業生涯規劃

　　我三到五年的的職業規劃，我要找到一份自己專業相關，屬于機械行業的工作，因為我對這個專業和這個行業還是比較感興趣。其次不管是具體到哪個領域是技術崗還是非技術崗，我都會靜下心來認真的工作三到五年，在這期間能夠深入的了解這個行業，熟悉整個運作流程，在自己的崗位上不斷的向前人學習，不斷提高自己各方面的能力，豐富自己的社會經驗和專業能力。讓自己在三到五年以后不管是在這個崗位還是這個行業，都能成為一個非常有經驗和能力的專業人才。那時我可以去承擔更多的任務，盡到更大的責任，有足夠的能力到更大的舞臺或者是更高的崗位去任職。

　　My career planning of 3~5 years is to find a job related to my major, Belong to the mechanical industry, as I am very interested in this industry. Whatever the job is technical post or non-technical post, no matter what field it is. I will work 3 to 5 years in the position, in these years, I will make deeper insight into this field, know about the operational process, and learn from the colleagues, to improve my comprehensive abilities. Most important is to give myself enough time to eich my social experience and professional skills. So that after 3 to 5 years, I can be a professional person in this field, even this industry. Then I can take more responsibility, and have enough capability to work in a higher position and bigger stage.

　　為什么選擇車企？

　　首先是這個行業與我的專業相符合，那么我覺得到這個行業我可以很快的更好的適應工作，同時利用我所學的專業知識為公司作出貢獻。

　　其次作為男生都喜歡車子，都期待有一天能夠開上豪車。那么我想如果我能到汽車制造企業上班，可以自己親身參與汽車的生產，會讓我非常的感興趣，非常有激情。

　　最后我覺得汽車現在基本成了家庭的一個必需品，所以我對它的未來很看好，特別是現在的新能源汽車領域，以后會有很大的發展前景，所以我覺得到車企來工作，對我自己未來的發展也是非常有利的。

　　所以我選擇到你們車企來面試，我也希望自己未來能夠有幸成為你們的一員。

　　Firstly. This field is related to my major, so I can adjust to the job quickly, and I can make contribution to company with my professional knowledge.

　　Secondly. As a boy, I think we all love cars, all look forward to a very nice car. So if I can work in the vehicle manufacturing industry, it will be very excited and passionate.

　　At last. I think the car have been family necessity. So I am very positive to the future, especially the field of new energy vehicles. So I think is also very benefit to my future.

　　So I choose to apply for the automakers. I hope I can be one of the big family in the future.
