　　Japan Student Services Organization (JASSO) offers scholarships for qualified international students accepted by Japanese universities or graduate schools under the exchange agreement on a short term. Allocation for the next academic year (April-March) is informed in January by JASSO. Following the result, availability for each semester and application process will be informed to partner universities.
　　【Duration】 1 semester or 1 academic year
　　【Stipend】 80,000 yen/month (up to 11 months)

　　日本學生服務組織“學生交換支持項目”

　　日本學生服務組織為被日本大學或研究生院錄取的符合資格的短期交換國際生提供獎學金。下一學年(四月至次年三月)獎學金的發(fā)放由日本學生服務組織于一月通知。結(jié)果出來之后，每個學期的交換生名額和申請流程信息將告知給伙伴大學。
　　期限：一個學期或者一個學年。
　　獎學金數(shù)額：每月80,000 日元(不超過11個月)。
　　HUMAP Student Exchange Promotion Program (Inbound) Scholarship
　　HUMAP (Hyogo University Mobility in Asia and the Pacific) offers scholarships for exchange students using the financial support from Hyogo Prefecture in order to promote student exchange between universities in the Hyogo region and universities in the Asia-Pacific region. Only students from HUMAP member universities are eligible. Check if your home university is a HUMAP member. Application process is informed to partner universities.
　　【Duration】 6 months to 1 academic year *1 semester-long students are not eligible.
　　【Stipend】 80,000 yen/month (up to 11 months)

　　兵庫大學亞太移動學生交換促進項目獎學金

　　兵庫大學亞太移動利用兵庫縣的財政支持，為交換生提供獎學金;獎學金旨在促進兵庫地區(qū)大學和亞太地區(qū)大學之間的學生交換。只有兵庫大學亞太移動成員大學的學生可以申請。核實看你的所在的大學是否屬于兵庫大學亞太移動成員大學。申請流程告知給伙伴大學。
　　期限：六個月至一個學年，交換期為一個學期的學生不能申請。
　　獎學金數(shù)額：每月80,000 日元(不超過11個月)。
　　Kobe University Fund
　　Kobe University offers Kobe University Fund for exchange students who have achieved a superior academic record and have clear-cut objectives of studying at Kobe University. It was established in 2013 in order to conduct extensive educational and research exchange with partner universities supported by Kobe University alumni. No application is required. Selection is conducted based on each student’s application materials. Result will be informed to partner universities.

　　【Stipend】 250,000 yen/semester

　　神戶大學基金

　　神戶大學為學術成績突出，且有清晰的神戶大學學習目標的'交換生提供神戶大學基金。神戶大學基金成立于2013年，旨在與伙伴大學進行密集的教育和研究交換。交換得到神戶大學校友的支持。該基金不需要申請。篩選基于每個學生的申請材料實施。結(jié)果將告知給伙伴大學。
　　期限：一個學期或者一個學年。
　　獎學金數(shù)額：每個學期250,000 日元。
　　Various Private Scholarships
　　The following scholarships are available to privately financed students (excluding Foreign Government Scholarship Students). Selection for awards is based on academic record, character, and other factors. Information is posted on the notice board of the Center for International Education and each faculty. Please visit Kobe University website to obtain information on scholarships.

　　Applications for Japanese Government Scholarships can be made through Japanese embassies and consulates abroad or on the basis of a recommendation by a Japanese university. Privately-financed students in Japan can also apply in the following way:

　　Qualifications
　　Self-financed students with excellent academic records. (excluding students granted other scholarships, including by foreign governments.)
　　Undergraduate students
　　Students under 26 years old (Medical majors: under 28), who are proceeding to their last academic year.
　　※The government may not call for applications depending on the year.
　　Graduate students
　　Students under 35 years old, currently on a master's or doctor's course, or those proceeding to these courses in April of the following academic year.
　　申請資格
　　成績優(yōu)秀的自費生。不包括享受其他獎學金和國外政府獎學金的學生。
　　本科生
　　大四，年齡在26歲以下;醫(yī)學學生年齡在28歲以下。
　　研究生
　　年齡在35歲以下，目前在學習碩士課程或博士課程;下一學年四月將學習這些課程的學生也可以申請。

　　Japanese Government Scholarship students with excellent academic records who hope to study in a higher level program.
　　Please note that application conditions vary depending on which program applicants want to go on (research student → master’s/doctoral student, master’s→doctoral student, undergraduate →master’s student, medical undergraduate→doctoral student).
　　* Selection is highly competitive, so not all applications will be successful.
　　如果學生當前享受日本政府獎學金，且有意繼續(xù)深造，學生可以根據(jù)特定條件和適當?shù)难娱L程序延長身份。
