一、 關于申請CET考試成績證明的規定
1.CET成績單遺失不予補發原件。但如需要可以申請補發CET考試成績證明。
2.【申 請】 提供 1)學籍所在院校教務處出具的`證明(說明參加考試時間、考試級別、準考證號、成績并加蓋公章);2)身份證復印件。
3.【受理時間】：3月15日至6月15日;9月15日至12月15日。其他時間不予辦理。
4.【申請方式】：以掛號信將條款{2}規定的申請材料郵寄至大學英語四、六級考試委員會辦公室。同時附寄【特別提示】所要求的貼足郵資的回函掛號件信封。
二、申請成績核查
1.【申 請】：1)憑學籍所在院校教務處出具的證明(說明參加考試時間、考試級別、準考證號、成績并加蓋公章);2)身份證復印件。
2.【受理時間】：每次考試成績發布后兩個月內(時間以郵戳為準!)。
3.【申請方式】：申請者必須通過郵局(考委會辦公室不予當面受理)將學籍所在院校教務處出具的證明、成績單復印件和身份證復印件以及申請者的姓名及詳細通訊地址掛號郵寄至大學英語四、六級考試委員會辦公室。考委會辦公室將核查結果掛號郵寄至申請者本人。
