現在，正是很多大學應屆畢業生在各類求職場中奔波的時候，昨天，在畢業生的求職簡歷中，記者發現了一件新鮮事。
劉某是法律專業，在她的幾份求職簡歷中有著明顯的不同。其中一份簡歷中，劉某的照片十分端莊，是典型的證明照。簡歷表里“愛好和特長”一欄，小李填寫的是讀書、上網。而另一份簡歷里，劉某貼上的則是漂亮的生活照，“愛好和特長”一欄寫著：能歌善舞口才好。
原來，這不同的簡歷表是劉某為應聘不同的單位準備的。應聘事業單位、大型企業時，她一般都會交上前一份簡歷。因為她認為這些單位會喜歡穩重大方的求職者，而應聘諸如外企、合資企業時，她則會交上第二份簡歷，她相信外企的人比較喜歡能說善談的求職者。
在采訪中記者發現，與劉某有著同樣想法的求職者還真不少。小林是師范學校的一名學生，但她學的卻是非師范類專業，為了在招聘中能贏得主動，她的幾份簡歷中的“求職意向”一欄，填寫得也不太一樣。準備應聘老師職位的簡歷中寫著“本人熱愛人民教師工作，有志于從事與教育事業相關的職業”，準備應聘非師范類工作的簡歷中則沒有這樣的話。
有關專家認為，大學生不應把求職成功與否的“寶”押在簡歷上。求職簡歷只要客觀詳盡地介紹自己的情況即可，過分揣摩用人單位的想法不一定會取得理想的效果，有可能還會適得其反。
